Payment & account information
When you place an order on the Website, you agree to provide a valid instrument to make a payment. When you provide a payment instrument to us, you confirm that you are permitted to use that payment instrument. When you make a payment, you authorize us (and our designated payment processor) to charge the full amount of the payment instrument you designate for the transaction. You also authorize us to collect and store that funding instrument, along with other related transaction information.
If you pay by credit or debit card, we may obtain a preapproval from the issuer of the card for an amount as high as the full price. If you cancel a transaction before completion, this pre-approval may result in those funds not otherwise being immediately available to you. We may cancel any transaction if we believe the transaction violates these Terms, or if we believe in doing so may prevent financial loss.
In order to prevent financial loss to you or to us, we may contact your funding instrument issuer, law enforcement, or affected third parties (including other users) and share details of any payments you are associated with, if we believe doing so may prevent financial loss or a violation of law. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
We may need to interrupt your access to the Website to perform maintenance or emergency services on a scheduled or unscheduled basis. You agree that your access to the Website may be affected by unanticipated or unscheduled downtime, for any reason, but that we will have no liability for any damage or loss caused as a result of such downtime.
Please check your shipping information before placing an order and contact us in case of any mistake. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your order. If you didn't receive the confirmation email, please check your spam folder. All orders are carefully packaged and sent from Paris, France. We try to process orders within 5 business days after the confirmation. Keep in mind order processing can take longer during special periods like holidays. Shipping rates vary depending on the size of the item and on your country.

You should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info once your order has shipped! Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to be updated. If you haven't received an order confirmation email or any tracking information, please check your SPAM folder before contacting us. International parcels are handled by La Poste until they leave France and are trackable.
Once they arrive in your country, you'll be able to track your parcel on your local postal services website with the same tracking number. Tracking is available until distribution for 45 destinations: Germany, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Korea, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, USA, Finland, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Indonesia, Ireland, Iceland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Norway, New Zealand, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand (Non-exhaustive list subject to change). For other destinations, tracking is only effective up to the French border.
If the tracking shows that the parcel couldn't be delivered for any reason, please contact your local post office first, to have further details. Since they are handling your parcel, they would be able to give you information that we don't have. Don’t hesitate to use your tracking number time to time to follow the journey of your package. If you have any trouble tracking your parcel, please let us know!
Your order will be sent and delivered to the address indicated at checkout. Please check your shipping information before placing an order. Any package returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be re-shipped at your expense or refunded (product value only). If your parcel is sent back to us because you didn’t pick it up, it will be re-shipped at your expense, or refunded (product value only). If at the time of delivery, the packaging is damaged, torn or opened, the customer must then check the product in the presence of the carrier. If the goods have been damaged, the customer must imperatively refuse the package and note a reservation on the delivery slip. The products travel at the risk and peril of the recipient, who is responsible for checking that they are in good condition at the time of delivery. The verification of the products is considered to have been carried out when the customer accepts receipt of the package. The site cannot be held responsible in case of delays in delivery due to disruptions attributable to carriers and loss or theft during transport.
Customs & additional taxes
We are shipping from France so if you’re ordering from outside of the European Union please be aware that you may be charged with import taxes and duties depending on your country’s rules, and we cannot take responsibility for it.
Returns / Refunds / Exchanges
You are entitled to return your order within 14 days from the date on which you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, please inform us promptly by replying to the confirmation email you received when you ordered. Once your return is approved, you have 14 days to send the items in their original condition (properly folded with the tag attached). We will provide the return address information once your refund has been approved. Please note that returning and reshipping costs will be at your expense. You are responsible for the risk of returning the goods to us. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to do a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery. If you need to exchange a product for the same one, contact us. Please note that we only replace goods you received defective or damaged. The following goods cannot be returned: The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
